Summer Sausage Using Your Oven

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix in seasonings and hand roll into logs 1½ - 2 inches in diameter.

Place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 1½ hours.

Let cool and refrigerate. Will keep about a week. Wrap well and freeze for longer storage.
