At The Steel Buffalo Butchery, quality comes first. Our retail market features a carefully selected mix of meat raised on our own farm, animals sourced from trusted local farms, and specialty cuts supplied by reputable distributors—all chosen to meet our standards for quality, consistency, and value.
We offer whole and half beef, farm-raised chicken and pork, hand-cut individual cuts, and family bundles, giving our customers both freezer-filling options and everyday convenience.
Livestock Processing
The Steel Buffalo Butchery is pleased to offer livestock processing services for beef, pigs, sheep, and goats from January through September. We provide processing under both USDA and Custom inspection, ensuring that all meat is handled according to the highest safety and quality standards.
