Livestock Processing

The Steel Buffalo Butchery is pleased to offer livestock processing services for beef, pigs, sheep, and goats from January through September. We provide processing under both USDA and Custom inspection, ensuring that all meat is handled according to the highest safety and quality standards.

The Steel Buffalo Butchery is proud to offer Halal processing services for sheep, goats, and poultry. We work closely with community leaders and designated slaughtermen to ensure Halal requirements are honored throughout the process. Processing is available by appointment in our USDA-inspected facility.
