We offer two high-quality beef options:
Grass-Fed/Grass-Finished and Grain-Fed.
Both are responsibly raised and processed, but they differ in flavor, texture, and feeding approach—allowing you to choose what best fits your family’s preferences and cooking style.
Pricing is based on hanging weight, which is the weight after harvest and before processing. Your final take-home beef is fully cut, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and ready for your freezer.
Our aging process:
Quality beef doesn’t stop at how cattle are raised — proper aging is essential for tenderness, flavor, and consistency.
🕒 Our Aging Standard: 14–21 Days
All of our whole and half beef is dry-aged under controlled conditions for a minimum of 14 days, with many animals aging closer to 21 days before being cut and packaged.
This aging window is widely considered the sweet spot for balancing tenderness, flavor, and yield.
Once your whole or half beef is reserved, you’ll be able to choose exactly how your beef is cut and packaged. From steak thickness to roast sizes and ground beef options, you’re in control. A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve your beef order.

To order a 1/2 or Whole Beef, you can use the online order form and a member of our staff will reach out to you with additional information and estimated delivery dates. Please review remainder of page for more information on sourcing of our beef.
