At The Steel Buffalo Butchery, we offer livestock processing for cows, pigs, sheep, and goats under both USDA and Custom processing options. Understanding the differences between these two types of processing is crucial for our customers: PLEASE NOTE: We have a Minimum of 400lbs Hanging Weight for all cows. If your cow does not way the minimum amount you will be charged the minimum amount. Maximum Limit of 1800lbs.
All of our cuts are vacuum sealed to ensure maximum freshness for you and your customers. This sealing process helps preserve the quality and flavor of the meat, for longer storage life in your freezer.

In order to be placed on the schedule, you must first make an appointment by filling out the above appointment request form.
Once your request is received, we will reach out to you and confirm your dates. Appointments are scheduled in the order received.
Please Note: We only process Livestock from January - September, with limited dates in September reserved for Custom Processing only as we prepare for Hunting Season.
Please download form and return to us on your scheduled drop off date. Any Cuts requested that are not listed on our standard form will be up to the discretion of the butcher and will be charged an additional fee.
