We process Cow, Pig, Sheep, & Goats under USDA or Custom processing. Anyone who intends on selling at a farmers market, grocery store, or restaurant must process under USDA. Individuals wanting to process livestock for their families, can choose to fall under Custom Processing.
All cuts are vacuum sealed to ensure freshness for your family and customers.
In order to be placed on the schedule, you must first make an appointment by filling out the above appointment request form. Once your request is received, you will be sent a processing date. Once you have confirmed your date, you must pay a deposit to secure your date. Your deposit is credited to your final processing cost and is equal to the kill fee. If you cancel your appointment, do not show on your scheduled date, or do not bring the animal the deposit was paid for, this deposit is not refundable.
Kill Fee for 2024 will increase to $100.00
Please download form and return to us on your scheduled drop off date. Any Cuts requested that are not listed on our standard form will be up to the discretion of the butcher and will be charged an additional fee.
